    Also referred to as a Master Technician. Highly skilled in diagnostics and mechanics. Many years of experience. The highest skilled technician on staff.
  • Level B Technician
    Experience with mechanical repair and some diagnostics. Trusted to handle most repairs.
  • Level C Technician
    Entry level technician focusing primarily on basic maintenance, alignments, brakes and suspension.
  • Lube Technician
    Entry level technician focusing on routine maintenance including oil changes, tires, and inspections.
